Unable to access the mobile app - Office 365 Single-Sign On

Hi all,

I am trying to set up CRM for phones however having trouble accessing - we have implemented Office 365 Single Sign On and once I enter my userid it takes me to the org single sign on page however nothing happens beyond that...Mobile App is getting stuck on "Welcome..." couldn't find any known issues with single sign on for Mobile App, anyone had experienced this?

I can only access with my 365 Admin account, which does not require the SSO..

    MS CRM is coming with full configuration where you can configure you CRM for Tablets and Mobiles.

    Hello Adriana,

    Please see the following great article on troubleshooting the issue: technet.microsoft.com/.../dn660982.aspx

    I would also recommend another approach to generally troubleshoot mobile client connectivity issues.

    In order to be able to use a number of awesome network tracing tools, my recommendation is to set up a laptop/pc with Windows 8/8.1, install the client there and attempt to configure it with the same credentials/org/etc. used on the mobile device. The issue should repro the same way, but in addition we now have the chance to perform either a Fiddler trace or a NetMon one and see exactly what happens.

    Please do let me know in case you wish details around the above steps.

    Hi Magor,

    Thanks for sharing the article - indeed great, however still got the issue.. :o( Initially I wasn't able to access both - mobile & tablet app - same credentials, same story - just hanging after the SSO page. Eventually it just worked on the tablet app (well, Windows 8.1 laptop convertible, running the app), phone app still stuck beyond SSO.. :o( not sure how to troubleshoot this..

    Hi Adriana,

    The fact that it worked on the laptop leads me to believe that the issue might be down the the mobile device. I'd like to suggest a tracing on the mobile device. Please find the details on how to do that here: technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699694.aspx under the heading Tracing for Mobile

    The trace itself will be kind of straightforward so best would be to paste the results here.
