We have a client that is paying seasonal employees so not every employee works each week. When the employee works and has health insurance deducted that employee is covered by the insurance that week. The problem is that the entire amount has to be withheld or 0. I can't see how to force a deduction to not allow partial deductions. I made the deduction a garnishment type and they can run the garnishment report during calculation to see insufficient funds and manually inactivate the deduction but that would be cumbersome and time consuming. Does anyone know how to setup a deduction to not allow partial amounts withheld?
