Hi All

Bit of history, I have taken over as PM on a ADX/Dynamics CRM 365 Online implementation, the Client (I work for) has had a lot of challenges and professional differences with the MS partner who have walked off site a few times before! No visibility (MS partners Dev's Offsite, No Internal client tech team!) nor documentation for all customisations made on ADX & DCRM by partner.

Question: Is there a tool within DCRM or a 3rd party tool we can run to show us all customisation changes made so far as compared to the OOTB system?!

Many thanks Alex for your prompt reply, looks like the perfect solution for what we need to achieve but when I tried to export the customisations file for the solution in MSDyn keep getting same error message without much info.

"An error has occured"

"Try this action again. If the problem continues, check with the MSD 365 Community for solutions or MSD Admin"

Any ideas?

1. I've tried this in two different and separate sandbox envr.

2. I have used 2 different browsers IE/Chrome

Hi,

you might try this tool for Dynamics, at least:

dynamicscrmcoe.com/dynamics-crm-customization-comparer

Although, you'll need a "clean" organization to compare with.. might use a sandbox instance for that
