Conditional decision in Workflow for Termination

Hi All,

I need to put a condition in the workflow to identify if the termination request is raised by Manager through ESS or through HR via Employee form.

What condition should I put in so that the workflow understands who initiated the request and act accordingly.

Please advice.

I want to identify a specific condition that will help workflow to identify if the termination requested is submitted by HR from the employee form or by manager from manager self service form.
