Unsubscribe link error

Hi everybody,
 
I work with the Customer Voice module and I send the unsubscribe link for satisfaction surveys from a flow 
 
 
And when I click on the unsubscribe link on the email I receive, I'm redirected to this page and when I click on /ici/
 
 
 
I get this error message. Does anyone have a solution to this?
