Hi All,

I hope everyone is afe and well.

I am hoping to get help with config package imports. I have been using a config package using Tables 36, 37, 38 and 39 to import my sales orders and purchase invoices from excel since I started using the program.

Within the last few weeks, every time I import a file, the information is not coming in correct. e,g. the descriptions for the sales orders and purchase orders are incorrect. Previously the description in the import file overwrote the description for the item number in BC.

I am not a technical person so I am not sure if there are some background programming that was changed in the last update. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Configuration packages do not transform data. Try to import one line for each table first. May be you are not putting data in correct fields. If you need more information please elaborate issues with screen shots.

    Hi Bilal,

    Thank you for the suggestion. I made a copy of the file and tried your suggestion. The PO still did not import properly so I went into the config package and turned off some of the validations and it seems to have worked.
