Entity not shown in Service Console

Hi guys,

I have setup an Article entity to be displayed in the service console. But I couldn't see the Article entity in the service console.

Am I missing some security privilege? Kindly advise, thanks guys!

    Hi Kentan

    You need to add the entity to the security roles for them to access it

    Do you see it as an admin?

    I am able to see it as admin.

    I had already given Read privilege & organisation access level on the Article entity, but the user is not able to see the Article in the Service Console\Collateral.

    Any clues?

    Ok, So its an article, Have you approved the article for publishing

    I had approved the articles & it is under published article.
