What do you mean about UAT format? Can you please be more specific?
User Acceptance Test is for approving whatever you have prepared based on the business needs either by configuring the system according to the users' requests and the country's legal requirements, or by doing customizations on them to meet certain industry-specific needs. So your user will have to approve whatever format is coming out for your reports to see if those conditions are met for a succesful project delivery.
