Hi All,
I have a question hoping someone can help me out. I received a request from one of our GP users saying that every time she goes to Transactions >> Purchasing >> Return Transaction Entry to process a return and she clicks on the search glass and receives the following error "You don’t have security privileges to open this window." I tried researching roles, tasks and cannot figured which one is the right one. Any help is appreciated.

This window is usually granted as part of the Default User security task, see below screen shot,
If it is not, then you do need to make sure that it is checked in order for the user to be able to open the Purchase Order items window.
By the way, this is one reason why you need to consider the GP Power Tools, which provides you with ultimate capabilities for monitoring such security requests.
