Hi! I've registered a new account with trial subscription for Dynamics 365 Customer Service. I want to try "Omnichannel for Customer Service" addition but I haven't "manage" option here like in this guide:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/omnichannel-provision-license

So, could you help me with Omnichannel installation and running? Thank you!

    Hi h0las,

1.In the left pane, expand Resources, and select Dynamics 365 apps.

Don't select Environments in the left pane and try to navigate to Dynamics 365 apps from there. There are similar-looking menu options, but the correct way to navigate to the Dynamics 365 apps management options is to expand Resources in the left pane and select Dynamics 365 apps.

2.Select the region in the upper-right corner and select a new region from the dropdown list.

Hi! Thank you for your response. I have problem with your advice. Look at my picture with the same screen:

As you can see, I haven't such option here. I think it happens because Omnichannel for Customer Service has already installed as I've already showed above. Could you look at this picture in my question, please?

Here is picture with my environment -> resources

However, manage option is not active there. Could you give me any advice, how to open omnichannel management in my case? I've just followed steps from MSDN tutorial here: docs.microsoft.com/.../omnichannel-provision-license

    Hi h0las,

    Yes, you're right.

Omnichannel for Customer Service can be installed automatically if you have registered one trial subscription for Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

I tried to install one trial for Customer Service, i also can't view 'Manage' button

But i can go to the Dynamics 365 Administration Center | Omnichannel page through following link:

    Omnichannel environments (omnichannelengagementhub.com)

This link also worked for me when it would not populate for me.
