Column titles repeated in every row on left of report when exporting to CSV

Hi All

We have several custom reports that display on screen and export to Excel OK, but when we export to CSV, every column heading is shown on every row on left of reports

Anyone ever seen this or have any idea how to fix. I've used SSRs a ton and never seen this
