Setup number sequence for a custom field in inventory transfer follow setup in journal name/ Inventory

Hi Guys,

i need to add a new field in Inventory / Setup /Jounal names / Inventory to select number sequence. it's "Delivery/Receipt note number", it's same with "Voucher series" field:

anh after select sequence number for this field, when create new transfer, Movement in, Movement out, this field will auto populate depend on number sequence that we selected in setup and type of transaction:

anyone have any idea for this case, or any keywork to search please help me. im a new guys in this products. thanks

    Hi Tuan,

    There is already logic for the journal lines to retrieve a voucher number from the same journal name settings. This is a bit different as you can setup to draw a new voucher during data entry or during posting. You can have a look how this is done and implement it in a similar way for your new field.
