Hi,
We just wanted to stop the users to submit the purchase requisition for some days. Do we have any control or parameter available in AX 2012?

Hello Hari,
What you can do is putting the period on-hold.
To ensure that - for example - your accountants are still able to work, you can make use of the module access level functionality and specify that for example a specific user group can still record transactions in GL, fixed assets, etc.
Note: If you don't allow access to the purchasing module, not only purchase requisitions might be affected but also other processes that your company regularly records in the purchase module might be blocked. So, carefully test this feature before applying it in your live environment.

Could you please simply stop the PR workflow for these days? Then user could not submit the PR in these days.
