D365 Online portal - view selection not working for entity lists

Hi All,

I'm trying to change the view used by an entity list in D365 and the views area of the form refuses to load:

D365-Portal-Entity-List-View-Issue.png

The highlighted wheel just spins and spins... never allowing a view to be selected.

The issue is seen in Chrome, Edge and IE11, so i don't believe it's a browser issue.

How do i change the view? Help appreciated!

I once had the same issue, it turned out to be a "turbo forms" issue

can you try navigating to Settings --> Administration --> System Settings

in the general tab, there is an option "Use legacy form rendering".. change this value and save it to test

My initial settings were 'Use legacy forms' = yes... setting this to 'no' and clearing my browser cache fixed the issue.

    Many thanks, Oliver!
