Sales price list - update / vendor

Hi all,

I have a problem with a sales pricelist.
I need to be able to update the prices per vendor on the pricelist.

Today I use a config. package but there are 7000 items here so I need to filter on the vendor or the vendornumber.

If a vendor contacts us and says he will update his prices with 10% we need to update the sales pricelist with 10% with the items from that vendor.

Any solutions or ideas?

I used a mapping table was created externally within a spreadsheet to establish a connection between the sales and purchase price lists. This spreadsheet was utilized for the purpose of filtering, analyzing, and adjusting the sales and purchase prices. Following the adjustments, a macro was executed to produce the modifications in a configuration package format, ready for uploading.
It was also ensured that the line number column was appropriately mapped to prevent the creation of new lines in the price list.

Hopefully the price list will offer a user-friendly experience for updated prices.

You can filter your table data using the Config. Package (shown below).  In your specific scenario, you would want to use the "Assign-to No." as the Vendor Number in the Price List Lines table to update the Purchase Prices for a specific Vendor.

This becomes a bit harder if you are trying to update the Sales Prices based on the cost increase.  There is a standard blanket % update to Sales Pricing, but I'm not sure this would work in your scenario.  You may want to explore a custom import that can update both the Vendor Purchase Price as well as the Sales Price (assuming it also increases) in one import.
