FRx login issue with new user

Hi All,

We are currently on GP2016 and FRx 6.7.

I created a new user in GP and FRx while accessing FRx with that login I get below error message,

In the server accessing FRx using sa login works fine, but in the same server accessing FRx with new FRx login, it's getting this error message.

FRx32.OFSIMain.CheckOFSIConnection
8900: FRx is unable to open a connection to the general ledger database because the login or password is incorrect. Verify your login and password, and then try again.

Please assist on this issue,

You will need to go into SSMS, create this user and map them to the DYNAMICS and company databases. You may also need to follow these tips:

support.microsoft.com/.../frx-login-errors-after-you-install-dynamics-gp-2015
