hi all In Lead the Activities are Associated with Entity When Ever Lead Create/Update record Activity Records are Creating Record With Activity Status = Open .

am trying to Update Activity Status = Cancel the All the Records in Activity Based On regardingObjectId

Please Give Some Suggestion

Hi!

I'm not positive of your scenario. Are you trying to:

- cancel an activity when it's created for a lead

- cancel all other activities for the same lead

- or cancel the lead when an activity is created

When Ever Parent Record Created (Lead) With Lead status =Active .

Child Records(Activity )With Activity Status = Open.

am trying Update

Lead Record Created With Status = Active then Activity Status =Completed/Cancel

Please Provide Some Suggestion

Hi,

Thanks for the clarification. Another followup - what's the trigger for the activity being set to Canceled? Is it when the Lead is changed, or when the activity is created?

You can write your plugin on setstatus and change all the regarding activities status.
