Can someone help me please?

I have installed the the LinkedIn solution and the configured this to look at my DEV/UAT and LIVE environments.

This all works fine apart when i go to a contact record that i know has a linkedIn profile i cannot see anything in the profile box.

Looking at other forums is states that i should then be prompted to login and then it will bring up the profile, however i have no login box.

Can anyone help?

    Hi Jennifer,

    To use LinkedIn for Microsoft Dynamics CRM you need to have a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Team account. Do you have Sales Navigator account?

    Which version of CRM are you trying to integrate Linked with?

    Hi Quratulain,

    I do have Sales Navigator and I am the Admin for our install, we are currently using CRM 2016, I have managed to import the solution successfully and I can see the LinkedIn Member Profile section on the contact record but the profile is not pulling through- I was just wondering if there is anything that I need to do.

    • Have you followed all the steps mentioned in this document?
    • Check in your browser whether pop-up blocker is not allowing it to appear.

    Thanks for sharing further info Jennifer. Can you try enabling JavaScript and disable popup blocker in the browser you are using? You can see how to enable javascript and disable popblocker in Internet Explorer.

    I have followed the document that you have all suggested and my pop blocker is in allow mode and my java script is enabled, I have now rolled back my solution as it has inadvertently changed the look and feel of my system- so I will now wait for linkedIn to contact me.
