We are having challenges with Lead Management. Since each "person" is a Lead record, and we are working to qualify organizations in the Enterprise space, we could have a large number of Leads that need to be qualified or disqualified that are all part of an organization. Challenges:
1. The related organizations represented by the Leads might not have the same Company Name (i.e. Corporate could be one name and dealers associated with that Corporate entity could all be independent businesses but we want to connect them)
2. Other than using Marketing Lists, is there a way to qualify or disqualify a large group of records together?
In general, it just seems that managing Leads without the ability to "connect them" is cumbersome.
