Does anyone else know how to acces a note on a Shipper after its been closed? Once the shipper is closed the Notes/Attachements icon is greyed out. I would like to see what instructions were applied (or not applied) even after the order has been fulfilled.

Notes\Attachments are only greyed out if it is closed and there where no notes or attachments. This does make it difficult to attach a copy of the signed BOL or other paperwork after the shipper is closed unless there is a note already on the shipper then you can attach or add notes.
Snote contains all the notes for the database.

Hi BBC,
I created a shipper and put notes at the document level and at the transaction level. I then processed the shipper and it is now at a Closed status. I can still click on the Notes icons and see my notes. This is in SL 2011 SP1.
