Business Process Flow and Unified Interface security

Hello,

First Question

I have a BPF in Unified Interface.  I was trying to figure out if there are security role settings that take away the Set Active and Next Stage buttons?  I want an admin user to be able to switch to any process in the bpf....but I do not want any other user to be able to.

Second Question

I use workflows to auto move through stages with a flag field that prevents manual movement.  Is there any way to hide the field from the bpf toolbar...I realize it needs to be there...but would like to hide it.

Thansks
