I added a bin and it is on the SMARTLIST.

problem is we need the bin location(s) to show up on the

    .

We use STOCK COUNT SCHEDULE & STOCK COUNT ENTRY

For our monthly Inventory. We will need to show multiple bins locations

    Okay, so far so good

You are supposed to proceed with creating a stock count schedule including the Bins. When printing the stock count, you will have a variety of sorting options

    I think we missed a connection .

My bin shows up on Smart List.

Bin does not show up on STOCK CONT SCHEDULE.

How do I make multiple Bins show up on STOCK COUNT SCHEDULE.

Will we be able to sort STOCK COUNT SCHEDULE by Bin location?

If you are new to GP you may not know that you can expand the lines of the list in Stock Count Schedule, by clicking the buttons in the blue box of my screen shot. After doing this, then you will be able to see bins as shown in red boxes in my screen shot.

There is no facility without an application modification to alter the sort order to the one you want (bins), the Sort ID does not contain this as an option.

When you print to report (pressing the print icon), you get the screen shot shown in previous post allowing various sort options, but always within a site for bins.

I hope this answers your question.
