    Hi sir,

Have you checked the document about picking and shipping items in Dynamics 365 Business Central:

It is important to understand how Jobs works, which is quite different than the rest of Business Central.  You can purchase and consume Items to a Job.  You do not output or ship Items from a Job.  You can invoice for the activities or milestones of a Job.  Below is a sample workflow similar to what I believe you outlined.
    1. Create a Job (and usually a budget)
    2. Purchase material for the Job (which goes to Inventory, not the Job)
      • Generally done from Planning or manual Purchase Order creation
      • Record Item Tracking during the Receipt of the material
    3. Consume the material from Inventory to the Job
      • This happens in the Job Journal
      • This is where you record the Item Tracking of the material consumed
        • Material shipped to a Job site would be handled directly on the PO or through a Transfer Order
        • Using Locations is important to provide correct visibility
    4. Create a Sales Invoice from the Job
      • Used for billing only, does not consume Items (in the case where the Billable Job Planning Line is an Item)
    5. Post the Invoice
Hopefully this helps clear up how Jobs can be applied based on what you described.  Understanding the details of your requirements may change some of the above, but this is the basic outline.  I would encourage you to reach out to your Business Central partner to further outline your process flow.
