we have gp2010, and license upgraded to gp 2013, on customer source there are about 20 days remaining for gp2010, and we couldnot upgrade our gp to 2013 , what happened if we couldnot upgrade in specified time ????

Days remaining on your GP2010 plan is irrelevant. You can upgrade anytime you want as it appears you're already on a current enhancement plan for GP2013.

we have gp2013 keys, but we have problem, when gp will be upgraded, and also business portal, then all Purchase Requisitions will be deleted / not accessible because we have to recreate the users in the business portal, so we are thinking to upgrade it on year end, but what about after these 17 days ???
Nothing should happen. Your GP2010 registration keys stored in your current GP2010 system will carry on working as normal.
When you say "there are about 20 days remaining" what do you mean exactly? Are you just referring to the expiry of your current annual enhancement cover period?
