Dear Experts,
In our organizatin departments such as QC Department demand for inventory for the use of sampling in that case we use Paper based requisition.Now, we want to enter any requisition to the warehouse using dynamics ax. For that purpose, i choose "bills of Materials journal" in Inventory Module in journals. I used expenses control number(chart of account ) for transaction is it ok ??

Unfortunately, I'm not able to understand the details of your "batch requisition" process and also not what you want to achieve with the BOM journal. Please also elaborate on the "Control number". Can you elaborate and explain the process and required outcome with more details?

Here, we have a requirement that is when requisition from all other departments. For example, in our company Quality Control (QC Department )demand for inventory for Sampling purposes or even other departments, we are making requisition on papers to the warehouse. But now we want that requisition from all departments should be entered to dynamics ax, for that purpose i wanted to use bills of Materials journal.
I'm still not able to understand the process. a BOM journal will consume BOM items and create a new finished product. It is in fact a simple way of production. More related to assembly. Can you tell if you need QC for the BOM items or the finished product?
