Hi Simon,
I think you'll find that you have to become a customer or partner and join their customesource/partnersource forums. If you are a MS-Dynamics reseller then you should be able to get hold of the information to customise the system 'officially'. I'm not sure of all of the criteria.
I've been looking for information for ages but they keep it closed for hobyists like us. Trial and error usually gets me past most obstacles :-)
