While trying to connect to CRM from outlook addin getting error

Hello All Experts,

I am not sure there is one issue coming which says below.

Error Details: MSIS5000: Authentication of the device certificate failed.

I am not sure from where this error can be resolved.

Any Help will be appreciable.

    Basically this is happening with a single user only.

    Thank you for your query.

    This seems to be related with ADFS configuration.

    Is this happening with all users?

    Try following steps with on the client machine:
