We operate in a Dynamics SL 8 environment connecting to a TS. I recently inherited this system and have found a long running issue regarding print setups. While the program is open, a user can go in an change the printer selection one time. After that, when they attempt to change the printer, no window appears to select the printer after clicking the Setup button. They have to shut down all of their Dynamics SL windows and reopen the program. This changes their settings back to the defaults, but enables them to change the printer one time again. Is anyone familiar with this issue and any fixes?
