Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM text on top navigation bar & windows

Does anyone know how to change the text Microsoft Dynamics CRM on the navigation as well as on top of all the windows including the Outlook client?

I tried to follow this: https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/128306.aspx however it appears they've changed the js in 2015.

    if  its a online CRM  you can't modify it. If it's a on-premise you could do it with unsupported way. whatever post you referred that as where to change what to change for CRM 2013. It may be changed in 2015 .

    We have an On Premise edition and I have the ability to change it. It appears the javascript for 2015 has changed slightly from 2013 and therefore the instructions provided are not accurate.

    I strongly recommend against changing any of the installed js/css/html/image files since when you apply a rollup/service pack your modified file will not be updated. This will result in a corrupt installation.

    If you need to do any unsupported changes to the html then it must be done (if you have to) via DOM manipulation on the client side via JavaScript - but write it in such a way that if there any errors it should fail gracefully since the DOM is likely to change in the future.
