Invoice Suddenly Prints with Spacer

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out, on certain computers, when users print an invoice from GP 2015, the invoice prints out with a space between the bottom (subtotal, misc, etc) and the column lines. It prints properly from one computer. The user said that this just started happening, and was able to print invoices last week. This 'space' also shows up when viewing the invoice on screen, before printing.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    The problem was that Great Plains needs to have a PCL printer defaulted (before starting the program) and we had a PostScript printer defaulted. You'd think this wouldn't be an issue in GP 2015?
