I would like a smart list that shows both the date a cash receipt was created and the date that it was grouped into a deposit and posted. Have A/R person that records cash receipts the day she gets them, but may not record the depoist for a couple of days. This causes issues at the end of the month and would like an easy report to pull and put with the cash reconcillation for backup.

You need to get SmartList Builder. This can group different tables and allow you to build custom Smart Lists like the one you describe.
