
Hi All,
We're currently testing an upgrade to 2011 and our accounting department has made a request. THey would like to be able to create a GL account, and have that account be automatically created in all the other companies available. We have what looks like 20ish separate companies spread across, mulitple databases. Is there a 'master' chart of accounts where the user can go to create the account once and have it appear in all companies?

The standard product doesn't contain the functionality that you describe. The account will need to be created in each one of the application databases.
