hey is there any prerequisite exam for mb 210 exam there is nothing mentioned on ms docs
No -there is no prerequisite exam for MB210 but if you want to get Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate then you need to give PL200 too.

thanks prateek for the swift reply is dyanmics 365 sales in demand for the job perspective as a freshers or salesforce because i worked as business development sales intern though we worked on excel and google sheets which dynamic 365 course would you recommend me to pursue which is in demand in the job market to grab a bdmanager job sorry for the typos im having a fever

No..there isn't any prerequisite for PL 200 as well.
