I maybe wrong however I believe there is a way to export these favourites and copy to a different user or at least a different environment? Save having to create favourites in TEST environment for example.
Need to be able to do this without any coding or developer input.
I don't think so there is any option to export and import these favorites for other users and for other environment.
The main purpose of these favorites to enable the user to do easy navigation. So there are many ways to do the same.
1) Use Workspaces, through personalization you can add a workspace at dashboard page and add all the relevants forms and links. It can be exported and imported into different environments (considering security roles).. and also can be published to other users as per requirement.
2) Use the Bookmark option of Browser, like in Microsoft Edge or Chrome, you can use proper folder to arrange your bookmarks. The same can be exported and imported for other users (also by System administrator who manages company policy across organization).
In this case, URLs will not change basis different environments.
So you can export the file (favorites) and then edit through notepad++ , replace the URLs with new, and then import. [Not recommended]
