Dears, 

The end users reported that they're getting this error message

The Reservation Entry does not exist. Identification fields and values: Entry No.='',Positive='Yes'

I did my best to solve it, but it seems there is a bug in Business Central!

Could someone please help

    If you don't get further responses to this issue, you may want to raise a support request to Microsoft support via your CSP / Partner.

    The Reservation Entry does not exist. Identification fields and values: Entry No.='',Positive='Yes'
    If you are using Configuration Package to import Reservation Entries (table 337) for item LOT No or Serial No for the item journal, there is a column "Reservation Status" in table 337 that needs to be "Prospect" for import of LOT No, and Serial No. for item journals.
