In the customer statement, the cutt off date doesn't print on the statement together with summarized date...these 2 fields come from RM40501  (RM Statements Options File). Is it a bug or there is something that can be done?.they don't print even in gp2013.

Thanks

    Hi Romryan,

The RM40501 table stores the details of your Statement IDs. Of course, you can change those at any time, so that table only shows the current value of your selections. What's more, the Statement ID isn't stored with the Statement detail. Therefore, the values in that table are worthless after the statement is printed. You know that, but for the benefit of others I thought I'd mention it.

Mike's answer is probably the best, but here's another approach to consider. Still, you need to use VBA to get this to work.

I take the values from the RM40501 table at the time the statement is printed and, using VBA, put them on the report. In order to store the date values, I hijack the STMTID and PHONE3 fields in the RM30701 table and write the date (as strings) to those fields.

It may not be very elegant, but it works.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

I've encountered this before in that the table doesn't actually populate with that date. I think we have had to implement a trigger for this in scenarios where this was a requirement.
