I am working on an Adx portal which is integrated with MS Dynamics CRM.
We have installed Retail Portal.
When our webForm moves to Check Out from Shopping Cart, the individual product price becomes 0 and the Total Amount in Purchase Summary is also 0.
The price and the totals are calculated properly in Shopping Cart and the record is also proper in MSD. But in the Quote, the extended amount and total amount becomes 0.
Any suggestions on how to get this solved?
The start step of the WebForm is Purchase Summary and the Source Type is Query String
Webform Metadata is also defined.
