Hi:

Since the field is not available by using Personalization, is there a means of having Safety Lead Time appear as a field in the line item section of the Purchase Order?

Thanks!

John

    Hi John,

    This can't be done through standard personalization—you’ll need to use custom code. If you're considering incorporating safety lead time, you might want to bring it in through planning lines.

    Thanks!
    Ramesh

    Hi, Try the following method:
    Business Central 2023 wave 2 (BC23): Add existing table fields to optimize your pages (Adding Table Fields to Page without Page Extensions)

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    The field is available in Purchase Order Line.

    You need to ask the Technical Person to Add the same in PO line or You can add the same by way of "Design" but it requires Extension Details.

    Field is available in purchase line table. You’ll need to customize the page using AL. You can create a page extension for the Purchase Order Subform and add a FlowField or a lookup to show the item's Safety Lead Time from the Item table.

    pageextension 50100 "Purch Line Ext" extends "Purchase Order Subform"
    {
        layout
        {
            addafter("No.")
            {
                field("Safety Lead Time"; Rec."Safety Lead Time")
                {
                    ApplicationArea = All;
                }
            }
        }
    }

    Other option is the Personalize page.
