When a user Personalizes a page, does that change go into effect for everyone who has that Business Central Role?

Hi John,

You can make changes to the Role Center and assign it to all users. For example, you can modify the Role Center for "Accounts Payable" and assign it to all AP users. This helps keep the experience centralized and consistent across the team.

However, users can still personalize their own views individually based on below toggle if off. Any changes they make in their own login or UI won't affect other users.

Personalization allows individual users to tailor their workspace to their preferences, such as moving or hiding fields and actions on a page.

if you want to apply changes for multiple users, there are other options:

1. Profiles (Roles) Configuration
Use the Profiles (Roles) page to configure a role’s layout.

Select a role, then choose “Customize Pages“.

This opens a customization session where you can configure the layout.

Changes made here will apply to all users assigned to that role, unless they’ve already personalized the same page (user personalization takes precedence).

2. Page Customization via Extensions
