sorry for the delay - on vacation these days:)) What is the status of that phone call? I don't see "mark complete" button on your screenshot - usually, that means the phone call has already been closed/completed. If that's the case, you can't update the description.
Actually, if that's the case you probably can't update any of the fields..

I am able to add a phone call, open and view it. But once added I am not able to edit the description. Hope the following snip will help you.

if you're a supper user you can edit the phone call as long as the phone call status is not completed

Good point, Alex. A screenshot would definitely help make the picture clearer.

if you could add a screenshot.. I'm still not sure if you:
- Can't even open a note
- Can open but can't save
- Can edit but are getting an error message when saving
Those things may not look important when asking a question, but, realistically, there are at least 2 different ways to edit a note (from the main entity form or from the advanced find), yet how does that "not allow me to do so" manifests itself is also a question. I think a screenshot would certainly help.

I am a super user and have all the permissions for CRM. What I am doing is adding a phone call, but if for example I want to edit it. The system does not allow me to do so. What do you want from me so that this can make more sense to you?

Did you check the security roles?
Did you try opening that note/hone call from the advanced find (search for the note there, then open)?
How does it look like exactly? You can open it but can't modify anything? Or you can't even open a note/phone call?
On CRM I am trying to edit a Note which I already created and once it is created no one can edit it. Same for the phone call entry. How can I make this field editable?
