Contacts are company-specific, so you need to create the contact again for company USRT. In this scenario, locate the contact person in the Global Address Book in Company USRT and generate it as a new contact in company USRT. When doing so, select Customer in the “Contact for” field (you may need to remove the filter on Party ID to select the correct party).
After the contact is created, navigate to Customer Y and assign the primary contact on the customer card.
