Open in excel feature is not visible to a user

Hi ,
 
Open in excel feature is not visible for a user in D365 F&O having PMO role. Users having System Admin role can view Open in Excel feature in the form. 
After some research, I found out that the user must have security access to the underlying entity for that option to appear in the Open in Excel menu menu. I have added the data entity's view and maintain privilege to the PMO role, still the Open in Excel is not appearing.
 
Please provide suggestions.

    Did you remember to publish the changes to the security role after changing the role?

    Hi Andre,
     
    After adding the data entity's view and maintain privilege to the PMO role, I published the role.

    Hi, try adding below privileges in security configuration form. (System administration > Security > Security configuration)
     
    1. SystemExportToExcelLimited.
    2. Open in Microsoft Office
     
    Also make sure you have 'System user' role.

    Can you share which exact entity is not visible and what privileges you added to the role? In case the privileges are custom, please also share the content details. I do assume the user still has the System user role ass\igned?
