Power automate flow

Hi all,

I am designing a power automate flow for a client and they are using the PU 56 for D365fo. The requirement is when a email is received to a certain email account, it should go and create a case in D365FO. It is pretty straight forward, the problem I am facing is, they are using some third party email service MDaemon email services other than outlook or gmail. So, I am not able to find a connector in the triggers.

It would be great if you guys can share any thoughts on it. BTW, that email service uses google workspace in the backend, but it is not supporting gmail connector.

Thanks.

Link one email account working with power platform & has a connector, then forward / setup forward rules to that email, once your email receives to Mdeamon mail server , then it will forward to the email you've attached with Power Platform Connector.

Hi, Either you need to create a custom connector for MDaemon or check if there is inbuilt functionality to upload incoming emails to SharePoint or other location, so you can link that shared location in power automate flow.
