Requirement Dates in Master planning

Hi Guys,

Can someone help me out  to understand how the requirement dates are being calculated in the net requirements of  a sales order. what are the parameters considered in the calculations.

    Hi AX beginner,

    There are many configurations possible related to requirements and master planning. Some part of this are lead times and time fences.

    The best would be understand the full features of master planning and know the required outcome. A consultant would be able to help you.

    In the Master Plan do the action messages update postponed date as the requirement date? In essence as Andre states there are lots of input elements, but ultimately this is when it is required based upon the calculations.
