Our users are having a problem accessing on-premises Dynamics NAV when they connect remotely via VPN ( Cisco Anyconnect). After providing the login credentials everything gets stuck at the dynamics NAV blue splash screen and it stops there.
Did they connect to NAV previously without any issue? do you see any error messages in the event log?
