Newbie question - I am getting the following error when I attempt to login to LCS. Can anybody please advise what is the missing link?

To access Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services, you must associate your Windows Live ID with a Microsoft Dynamics profile.

    Hi A Pat,

Denis is correct. Please contact you company Marketing/IT Admin to get your Official ID.

Once your ID get associated with Microsoft Dynamics PartnerSource or Microsoft Dynamics CustomerSource and mail from voice@microsoft.com subjected "Microsoft Dynamics PartnerSource Invitation" After confirming that you have a Microsoft or Organizational account, visit the URL (You will find this in your inbox) to associate your Microsoft or Organizational account to your PartnerSource/CustomerSource account. Note: If you have multiple Microsoft or Organizational accounts, close all browsers and log out of all/any of your accounts.

You have to use a Live ID account for logging into Lifecycle Services, you cannot use an Organizational account for Lifecycle Services at this time. So when following the steps Umesh suggests, make sure you are choosing to associate it to a Live ID.

Is this still the case? Is Organizational account not supported in LCS? In Customer Source it works, but can't get it to work in LCS.
