I have several forms that are on our website. I'd like to set up a flow where not only do the form fillers enter a customer journey. But we have a separate customer journey for an internal notification that a customer has started the journey.
I've set up two swimlanes for this. But what I don't know how to do is for the customer record and the fields they filled out (so if it was an open text field for example), get included on the internal email.
We don't want to rely only on Tasks being created in CRM - as there is a fluid team managing responses.
Are there any suggestions for this?

Hi, would that work when someone can only go through the customer journey once e.g. if you were already in the segment and had passed through the journey, you can't go through multiple times.

1. Create a segment of yourself and other internal users – You would need to be ok with having yourself in their customer list.
2. Run the segment with a journey that is triggered when a form submission occurs.
3. You can add an email such that you receive an email whenever someone submits a form.
