I hope you are doing great, and thank you for using the Microsoft Dynamics GP Forums!
This is a known issue that only occurs for emails for the British Pound.
Currently there is a workaround using the PDF format and the option to Send Documents as Attachments.
This is being considered for a future release of GP.
