CRM 4 Build Numbers after Rollup 21

Hello,

today we installed the UR 21 to our CRM 4 UR 15 System. The Installation was ended with no errors.

After Reboot the "Allocation Manager" shows the old Revision Numbers (4.0.7333.3231) but not the new (4.0.7333.3822).

If I open the Webinterface the Info Screen shows the correct Build Number?

If I controlled the Registry and Database Build Numbers I see the Old.

Has Someone an answer for this problem. Please help.

    I suggest you to use the CRMDiagtool4 tool (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/emeadcrmsupport/archive/2010/03/04/crmdiagtool4-for-microsoft-crm-4-0-available-now-on-the-emea-dynamics-crm-support-blog.aspx).

    This a powerful tool that is possible to gather deployment information, besides the platform traces and build of solution.

    We have the same issues with our users. We updated to Update Rollup 21 from Update Rollup 19. From Microsoft CRM for Outlook toolbar, clicked on CRM > Help > About ... still showing old build number.

    However, I don't have this issue on my machine but I'm the only one with limited local admin rights on my machine, not sure if this has any relationship with rights because the same whole thing works when we previously deployed UR19. As for the end-user machines, UR21 was installed using local admin rights.

    I checked with Microsoft Support and they claimed this has to do with SCCM packaging. I checked with our SCCM team and they have replied that there is no difference with the way they package for UR19 previously as compared with UR21 packaging.

    I suspect it has something to do with UR21 itself.

    Btw, I also can't locate any more links to download CRMDiagtool4. Seems like it's been removed.
