Customer Balance is not updating immediately

In AX2012R2 when I create a sales order for a customer it immediately updates his balance to reflect this.

Has there been a change in R3 as when I create a sales order for a customer it is not updating his balance. The only way I can update their balance immediately is to edit the customer and change their credit limit, then when you get the message to recalculate credit limit it updates their balance.

If there has been no changes an ideas of what has happened

You may want to check the subledger entries not yet transferred in the General ledger. If you find the unposted transaction there and want to avoid the problem in the future, then you can go to General ledger parameters and set the Batch transfer rule to Synchronous.

The information about credit limits must be recalculated if the type of credit limit is changed during the setup - Click Sales and marketing > Periodic > Recalculate credit limit.

Use this form whenever you recalculate information about credit limits in sales orders.

I got the same issue.

Some times the balance is not directly updated after an order is placed for a customer.

I cannot figure out, in which specific situation I got this issue.

For me its working fine.

I have just created a customer and select the credit limit mandatory checkmark and put the credit limit of 1000. And created an order of 100. And you can see.
